Students in IB French I will continue learning vocabulary and more advanced grammar that will allow them to communicate at a more advanced level. We focus on speaking, writing, and reading, and listening comprehension. They will continue learning about France and francophone cultures. This course is for students who are in the IB program and coursework will be aimed to prepare them for the IB exam at the end of their senior year. IB students will use the 5 IB themes (identities, experiences, human ingenuity, social organization, and sharing the planet) as they speak, write, and interpret readings in the course.
The concepts in this course are much more advanced that previous years. Students are expected to continue preparing at home by studying regularly to keep up with the pace of the class and turn in all assignments on time. Archives
